radius/point [Circle with center point and radius/point]
Determine circle via center [Center point] and radius [Radius].
Select center point [Choose center point]: Either click at the approximate point in the free space or use an existing construction point or set a point [Point] as the center point beforehand.
Select point on radius [Choose point on radius]: Use the mouse to drag the circle to the desired radius and fix the circle by clicking on it.
If necessary, adjust the values of the center point X, center point Y and radius [Radius] in the Edit element docking window.
The "Snap to grid" function is not activated for circles under Quick settings -> Snap to grid, but under PARTdesigner -> Settings [Settings...]... -> Sketcher (hist.) [Sketcher (feat.)] -> Grid -> Scalar parameters. If the width is set to 5, for example, the circle will snap to radii with multiples of 5, regardless of the direction in which you move the mouse.
