Intended use

Whenever component variables (status=variable [Status] with fixed values [Variable with fixed values] ) are to be aligned with each other, use conditions [Conditions] (variable "D2" in the following illustration)

	For value range variables ( [Status] status=value [Value range variable] range variable [Status] | value range variable with name [Value range variable with naming] | value range variable with graphics [Value range variable with graphics] ), do not use conditions [Conditions], but value range assignments [Value range assignments] (variable "L" in the following figure).

In other words, conditions [Conditions] must be defined in order to achieve an automatic, correct structure of the assembly configuration. Otherwise, unsuitable configurations would also be possible via unsuitable line selection, as can be seen in the following illustration.

Completed conditions appear in the Configurator docking window as a subordinate entry with the if symbol .
